Are you the Chief Operating Officer we are looking for to build the operating backbone of Jaimy?


Jaimy, a corporate venture within the Belfius group, is an operational housing services platform. We connect homeowners with trusted local professionals for home maintenance, repairs, renovations, and energy transition services. With 50,000+ interventions per year, 400 vetted professionals, and a €40m+ GMV, Jaimy has grown fast. We are now entering the next phase: scalable maturity. To support this transition, we are strengthening our leadership team with a Chief Operating Officer (COO).


This is not a classic Head of Operations role, nor a pure CFO position.​


Your impact
  • Design and run a scalable operating model capable of handling 50,000+ jobs per year
  • Own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Align product, technology, and operations around business value
  • Build process-driven teams with clear ownership and accountability
  • Bring focus, structure, and data-driven decision-making at the leadership level
  • You are also the strategic counterbalance: translating ambition into execution — and saying no when sustainability requires it
As COO you are
  • Fully accountable for day-to-day operations and financial discipline
  • The CEO’s primary sparring partner
  • The anchor for stability, governance, and scalability

While the CEO focuses on strategy, positioning within the Belfius Group and partnerships, you ensure the organisation runs smoothly, predictably, and profitably.

Must have

  • Experience in a scale-up, platform, or complex service organisation
  • Proven operational and financial end responsibility
  • Comfortable working with boards, shareholders, or executive committees
  • Structured, analytical, calm — allergic to chaos
  • Natural authority, no ego, strong equal partner in the leadership team
